Try us out! There's plenty of ways you can give the Warwick Table Tennis club a try before making the commitment of becoming a member:

If you would like to join the club, you will need to purchase the on-campus Warwick Sport club pass (£56.50), become a member of the SU's Sports Federation (£32) and buy a table tennis club membership (£6). Once you have joined the club there is a lot to get involved with:

Club Sessions

Club sessions are a great way to meet other club members and improve your table tennis skills. We can provide all equipment including beginner bats. If you want to buy your own please speak to an exec member who can provide you with the club’s recommendations.

We recommend wearing a sports shirt and shorts; though normal clothes are fine. Any non-marking trainers or shoes are perfect, as we play indoors. There are women's and men's changing rooms on the ground floor.

We hold a wide range of socials suitable for everyone no matter how much you play.

If you fancy a challenge, we run a range of regular tournaments, which are open to all members. These range from regular singles tournaments to giant table tennis and handicap tournaments, so there is something for everyone.

The club has one women's team and two men’s teams in the BUCS Leagues. Team trials are held at the beginning of the academic year, so keep an eye on our social media or drop us a message to find out when trials are and how to attend. If chosen for the squad, you will be provided additional training and the opportunity to represent the university in inter-university tournaments and matches.

In addition to the BUCS teams, WTTC has 2 mixed teams in the Leamington Table Tennis League, so if you don't make the team this is a great opportunity to play competitive table tennis against teams from the local area. Please contact the Leamington league captain if interested.
